ROBERT P. KNAPP III is a graduate of Columbia College and of Columbia Law School, where he was a Stone Scholar and Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. Mr. Knapp was also awarded the Diplôme Supérieur d'Etudes Françaises by the French government. Mr. Knapp served as law clerk to the Hon. Thomas C. Platt, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Knapp is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Knapp concentrates in title insurance, real estate and banking litigation and has over twenty reported decisions. His publications include "'Lis' than Meets the Eye: An Expired Notice of Pendency Creates No Unsafe Building Lien" (paper delivered to the annual convention of the New York State Land Title Association on August 21, 2006 in Williamsburg, Va.); "The New CPLR 7502(c): Can the Legislature Interpret Federal Law for New York?", July 25, 2006 New York Law Journal at 4 col. 2; and "Words in Collision: Preemption of the New York ATM Safety Act after Barnett Bank v. Nelson," September/October 1996 New York State Bar Journal. Fluent in French, Mr. Knapp also speaks German and Korean. Mr. Knapp is a Former Chair of the Committee on Federal Constitution and Legislation of the New York State Bar Association and Former Vice Chair of the Committee on Civil Practice Law and Rules.

EDWIN M. MULHOLLAND, retired, is a graduate of Holy Cross College and of Fordham University Law School, where he was first in his class. He served as a captain in the United States Marine Corps and was formerly associated with Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City. He is admitted to practice in New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

JOHN J. CARR holds a B.B.A. and a J.D. from St. John's University as well as an L.L.M. from New York University. Mr. Carr has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing, representing cooperative apartment corporations and representing buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate. Mr. Carr is also active in estate planning and administration. Mr. Carr is admitted in New York and New Jersey.

RACHEL C. QUAID is a graduate of the College of Charleston and Vanderbilt University School of Law. She specializes in banking, real estate and business law, wills, trusts and probate. She has extensive experience representing financial institutions in connection with various commercial loan transactions, including commercial mortgages, term loans, revolving credit facilities, asset-based loans and secured transactions. She also has handled a variety of commercial real estate-based loans, including construction lending and leasehold mortgages, for Citibank, N.A., The Bank of New York, Signature Bank and other lenders. Ms. Quaid also maintains a practice in estates and trusts.

ANN MARIE PARK is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism, cum laude, and the University of Maryland School of Law. While in law school, she was the Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy and was a member of the championship National Trial Team. For her work with the Trial Team, Ms. Park was a recipient of the 2007 Law, Litigation and Advocacy Award. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Park served as a White House intern in the Office of Speechwriting and as a speechwriter to the U.S. Secretary of Education.

HORIM KATE LEE received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and graduated from Cornell University with degrees in Economics and Sociology. During law school, Ms. Lee was an editor of the American Journal of Law & Medicine and gained experience as a legal intern for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and as a summer law clerk to the Hon. William G. Bassler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining Mulholland & Knapp, Ms. Lee was an associate in the Boston office of Goodwin Procter LLP. Ms. Lee is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
